Which file formats are supported for uploads?

For album photos, the upload picker accepts standard image files — JPEG and PNG are the everyday ones, and WebP gets a mention in the branding assets area. The one format warning that matters is on the guest side: when a guest uploads a selfie for face matching, HEIC/HEIF files (the default iPhone format) are not supported. So if a guest tries a HEIC selfie and hits a wall, ask them to send a normal JPEG instead — worth putting in your guest instructions in advance to save support headaches.
