Can I genuinely try this for free, or is that just marketing fluff?

Genuinely free. There's a permanent free plan — ₹0 for life — that gives you 1 GB of storage and one album, with unlimited photos in that album and every feature switched on: AI face recognition, full-resolution downloads, white label, the lot. The only real difference between the free and paid plans is storage space, not features. And if you want to test a paid plan before paying, every one of them comes with a seven-day free trial that's applied automatically at checkout, no payment details needed upfront.
