Okay, I keep hearing about Snaptide from other photographers. What actually is it, and is it meant for people like me?

Snaptide is a photo hosting and delivery platform built around one pretty clever idea: after a wedding or event, guests shouldn't have to scroll through four thousand photos to find themselves. You upload the full album, your guests upload a selfie, and the face recognition quietly sorts things out so each guest only sees the photos they're actually in. It's aimed squarely at professional photographers, event shooters, studios and agencies, but honestly it works great for regular folks with big personal albums too — think a family wedding where everyone wants copies. The whole thing runs in the browser; there's no app for guests to download, which removes a huge barrier at real events where half the guests are on relatives' phones anyway.
