How do I suggest a new feature? There are a couple of things I'd love to see added.

Two channels. The public contact form has a dedicated "Feature Request" subject, and the dashboard support system has a Feature Request department too — use whichever you're already in. The encouraging part is that they actually act on feedback: when the founder needed to decide how to offer WhatsApp notifications sustainably, he published the options and asked photographers to email their preferences, and the credit system that exists today reflects that consultation. So your suggestion has a real chance of mattering — write it up properly with your use case attached.
