Who actually runs Snaptide? I like to know who I'm trusting with client photos.

The site footer credits Excalibur Web Services (excaliburwebservices.com) with copyright — they're the operator behind the Snaptide brand. The support side is run by a small, hands-on team: photographers' testimonials describe the founder personally helping with uploads and extending storage on request, which tells you this isn't a faceless corporation. Contact details are consistent everywhere: support@snaptide.ai and the WhatsApp line +91 7009600599. If you want the company behind your data, that's the thread to pull.
