Realistically, their team has access to systems that hold your files (someone has to run the servers and support), and they've been known to personally help photographers with uploads when asked — one testimonial describes the founder assisting with a 400 GB album over WhatsApp. The expectation isn't that nobody at the company can see anything; it's that nothing is public and everything is handled professionally. If absolute secrecy is a requirement, that's worth raising with support before committing a sensitive client to the platform.
